1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, browsing, or utilizing ibrahimseo.com (referred to as “IbrahimSEO,” “the Website,” “I,” “me,” or “my”), or by entering into a service agreement for SEO or web development, you (“User,” “Client,” or “You”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use and my Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue using this website and my services.

2. Scope of Services

IbrahimSEO provides professional digital marketing and technical web services, including but not limited to:

• Search Engine & AI Optimization (SEO / AEO): Technical site audits, on-page optimization, entity mapping, schema implementation, and white-hat link building for search engines (Google, Bing) and AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity).
• SEO Web Development: Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, and WordPress site engineering focused on speed, server-side rendering, and crawlability.
• Semantic Content Writing: Full-funnel TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU content creation tailored for human conversion and search engine indexation.
• Monthly Retainers & Starter Bundles: Launch Foundation ($199 one-time), Growth Engine ($349/month), and Niche Leader ($699/month) packages as detailed on my Pricing Page.

3. Search Ranking Disclaimers & Performance Guarantees

A. No Artificial Ranking Guarantees

IbrahimSEO does not promise, guarantee, or warrant specific numerical SERP positions, exact traffic volume numbers, or instant revenue metrics. Organic search growth relies on external market variables, competitor actions, domain history, and algorithm updates.

B. The 90-Day “Do-The-Work” Guarantee

I guarantee that all tasks, deliverables, content pieces, technical fixes, and link-building outreach promised in your selected plan will be executed professionally and delivered on time every month.

If, after 90 consecutive days of proper implementation under a active monthly retainer plan (Growth Engine or Niche Leader), your website's overall organic search visibility has not clearly improved, I will continue performing the monthly labor tasks specified in your plan at no additional service cost until measurable improvement is demonstrated.

4. Retainer Commitments, Billing & Payment Terms

A. Minimum Retainer Period

Monthly optimization plans (Growth Engine and Niche Leader) require a 6-month minimum commitment. Organic SEO and AEO compound over time and require consistent execution to deliver measurable SaaS MRR growth.

B. Payment Methods & Currencies

• International Clients: Billed in US Dollars ($ USD) via credit card, stripe/wire, or online payment gateways specified in invoices.
• Pakistan-Based Clients: May settle invoices in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) calculated at the prevailing interbank exchange rate upon agreement.

C. Invoicing & Late Payments

Monthly retainer invoices are issued in advance of each monthly billing cycle. Work for the upcoming month commences upon receipt of payment. Failure to remit payment within 7 calendar days of the invoice due date may result in a temporary pause of SEO activities, content publishing, and technical work until accounts are settled.

5. Client Responsibilities & Approvals

To ensure campaign success, Clients agree to:

• Provide timely access to website backends (CMS/hosting), Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and relevant domain settings necessary to implement technical fixes.
• Review and approve or provide feedback on submitted content drafts or site code within 5 business days.
• Inform IbrahimSEO immediately of any concurrent website changes, server migrations, plugin installs, or third-party marketing initiatives that could affect technical SEO stability.

Delays in client approvals or withholding required technical access extend campaign timelines, and IbrahimSEO is not liable for delayed results caused by client responsiveness bottlenecks.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

A. IbrahimSEO Website & Materials

All content, copy, layout designs, logos, graphics, source code, frameworks, and text on ibrahimseo.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Muhammad Ibrahim and protected by international copyright laws. You may not scrape, copy, reproduce, or redistribute site content without explicit written consent.

B. Client Project Deliverables

Upon full settlement of all invoices, the Client owns all final written articles, custom graphics, bespoke code fixes, and technical deliverables created specifically for their website during paid engagements. IbrahimSEO retains ownership of pre-existing proprietary prompt libraries, SEO auditing templates, and internal analytical frameworks used to produce those deliverables.

7. Acceptable Use of Website

When interacting with ibrahimseo.com, you agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract content or data from this website.
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious information through contact forms (powered by Formspree) or direct messaging channels.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to site server files, databases, hosting infrastructure, or connected networks.
• Transmit malware, viruses, harmful code, or engage in denial-of-service (DoS) attacks against this site.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Pakistan, the USA, UK, Canada, Germany, and other jurisdictions:

IbrahimSEO and Muhammad Ibrahim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of business profits, lost revenue, organic traffic drops resulting from unnotified client site edits, third-party search engine algorithm penalties, or server downtime caused by external hosting environments.

In all circumstances, IbrahimSEO's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to any service engagement or website use shall not exceed the total dollar amount paid by the Client to IbrahimSEO in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Contract Termination

Following the completion of the initial 6-month minimum commitment for retainer plans, either party may terminate ongoing monthly services by providing 30 days written notice via email.

IbrahimSEO reserves the right to terminate or suspend services immediately in cases of non-payment, unlawful client conduct, breach of these terms, or abusive behavior towards project team members.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

In the event of any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or services provided, the parties agree to first attempt informal resolution through direct email consultation. If informal efforts fail, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Swat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, conducted in the English language.

11. Modifications to Terms

I reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. Modified terms will be published directly on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the website or services following modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
